Cracks, damage due to leaks, subsidence, structural concerns etc.
Different types of reports can be provided depending on the client’s requirements and the existing structural condition. Examples of reports include crack survey reports, structural condition report, site investigation report analysis, initial reports, etc.
The initial report will usually be based on a visual inspection of the associated area of concern. Further reports requiring further inspections where certain structural elements are exposed (such as lintel or boreholes to expose tree roots, drainage pipes, etc.) can also be provided.
The report will explain the existing condition of the elements of interest such as load bearing walls, foundation problems, roof, timber, cracks, etc. In addition it will identify (if possible) the source responsible for the problem. Finally, solutions, recommendations and possible building costs can be provided.
