Details
Structures Made Easy Ltd. was approached by the architect to design both sub and super structures of the proposed project. Due to the soft soil type and the proximity of drainage pipes, piling foundations were used. The lower ground floor was extended and steel beams were used under load bearing walls to achieve an open plan layout. The attic was converted using traditional steel and timber to construct the floor, shell of the dormer, roof and outrigger.
