Details

Structures Made Easy Ltd. was approached by the architect to design both sub and super structures of the proposed project. The renovation involved extensive excavation to an existing retaining boundary wall. The design process involved creating a steel frame to build against the existing retaining wall as well as new foundations to stabilise the structure. Various other steel elements were introduced to support the removal of existing load bearing walls and ultimately achieve maximum extension height.
