Details

Structures Made Easy Ltd. was appointed to design all structural elements of the proposed project. A new floor construction at each level was made possible by introducing a new structural steel beam in order to support new floor joists. The internal spaces were remodelled by repositioning dividing walls to change the internal layouts. At the top floor a new mezzanine floor structure was introduced within the double height space to create a new bedroom. The building was located on a main street above public shops on the ground floor. The property was renovated throughout and finished to a high standard.
