Domestic property conversion and extension. The scheme involved adding a rear extension, converting the property by removing some internal load bearing walls and adding additional space with an open plan layout.

Structures Made Easy Ltd was approached by the architect to design both sub and super structure of the existing 2000s built property. The removal of internal load bearing walls at ground level, as well as the rear extension created an open plan living space.  A vaulted roof and stability beams were designed along with traditional steel beams to support the beam and block deck at the first floor.
