Details

Structures Made Easy Ltd. was appointed to design all structural elements of the proposed project. The project involved a rear infill extension at the lower ground floor; half the width of the building was infilled to square off the property and create a new room. The central internal spine wall was removed by installing a structural steel beam above the lower ground floor to create an open plan space. The rear wall to the second floor was also extended to introduce a new bedroom into the property. Internal walls were rearranged throughout the property as the entire building was refurbished. The property was finished to a high standard to create a modern look and feel.
